<p>Just a few hours flying time, we find Marsa Alam, a true tropical paradise. Only a few years ago, not many people had heard of the fishing village of Marsa Alam, with its palm trees, mangroves and coastlined adorned by coral reefs.</p>

<p>The two types of hotel suites are both approximately 45m2 in size and each has a large bedroom with a bathroom, a large open living room and its own terrace covering another 10m2. The difference between the different hotel suites is the size of terrace and an even more luxurious interior package.</p>
<p>In addition to the hotel apartments, you can also choose from a wide range of beautiful apartments. These 372 apartments are located in the heart of the resort. Lying in the green oasis of the resort are three types of apartments, each subdivided into junior and senior. They are; the garden apartment, which has its own garden, the intermediate apartment on the first floor, and the penthouse apartment.</p>
<p>With an area of approximately 35m2, the junior apartments have one bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, a spacious open living room with an open kitchen, plus a spacious terrace of approximately 10m2.</p>
<p>The senior apartments with an area of approximately 70m2 offer a guaranteed rental income have a large open living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a large bathroom and a private terrace which adds about another 20m2 to the total area.</p>
