We have been working closely with a Resort Development Agency to provide the perfect specification and facilities required by the tourism industry. They have also advised us on the health and safety requirements for the resort to guarantee it adheres to their very strict criteria, this will allow the properties to be marketed through some of the leading Tour Operators in the world and is an exclusive service provided at this development.
Hania Beach Resort will also be part of a very unique exchange programme that is being developed exclusively for our clients. Services
Hania Beach will be managed by and marketed as a luxury resort and we have appointed a resort agency to carry out all of the services that the development will require. They will be on hand 24 hours a day to cater for the needs of owners and guests and will supply a range of essential services.
They offer a unique UK based account manager for every owner that will handle every aspect of the property from arranging the payment of bills to taking bookings and reservations if required. They will arrange a completions inspection to ensure the property meets their high standards and when the resort is finished it will be prepared for marketing with some of the leading tour operators from around the world if required. The team has over 30 years experience in the tourism industry and this has allowed them to provide this very exclusive service for all our owners.
CGI’s
The architecture of the resort has been especially designed to maximise the sea views from as many apartments as possible while maintaining the highest level of privacy. Although planning has already been approved it is still possible to add interconnecting doors from one studio to another to provide the option of one large apartment or two separate studios.
Plans
There are four floors at the resort and all of the plot numbers and sizes are listed on the individual plots. When you have decided on the plot you wish to proceed with simply complete our reservation form and upon receipt of this we will send you a reservation confirmation along with details of the process of moving forward.

There are two types of payment plans available to aid your purchase at Hania Beach. These are as follows:

2nd payment after 6 months 20%
3rd payment after 12 months 20%

Nb. If you utilise option 2 you will receive a free air conditioning unit for your apartment.
