An invitaion to overseas property investors
New Horizons Overseas Property Services in association with Interlink (south) and Interlink International Property Group would like to extend an invitation to our inaugural investment seminar in Cyprus. We are dedicated to sourcing investment grade products, packaging it through the use of innovative special purpose vehicles and building real estate portfolios in mature and emerging markets for our investors.
More detail will be available on the Interlink South web site shortly but we would like to offer free accommodation to the first 15 investors who book.
The event will have a number of objectives;
- Present the concept of building a well balanced, tax efficient portfolio, based on;
- Geographic emerging markets such as Romania, Thailand and Egypt
- Product types such as tourism apartments corporate let villas and land banking opportunities in capital cities.
- Capital growth and guaranteed rental yield returns
- Specific and time bound exit strategies
2. Give the opportunity to discuss your own portfolio growth with experts and find out how you can build more wealth through real estate.
We are conducting the seminar in association with international banks, accountants and tax specialists, who will be able to advise on;
- The best way to structure the investment vehicle (Real Estate Investment Trust Special Purpose Vehicle, etc.)
- How to create a well balanced portfolio that is in line with your own risk threshold, a profit aspiration and exit expectations
- The tax on implications of your investment portfolio and how to minimise your liability
- How to leverage gearing against your assets, increasing the size of your investment vehicle.
You will also have the opportunity to listen to speakers and sit down individually with experts to discuss your specific requirements.
The event will be held between the 1st and 3rd of July in Limassol Cyprus. With its Mediterranean climate, wide boulevards and extensive nightlife, it certainly won’t be your usual seminar experience!
